About Me

I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 20 years.  The thing I love best about what I do is helping women be all they can be. That means motivating them, making sure they make healthy food choices and ensuring that their workouts are personalized, inspiring and at the same time, fun.  I love seeing the transition both physically and emotionally of a client finding joy from a healthy lifestyle.  Come work out with me!

  4. your classes are fantastic…never boring…always innovative and stimulating..I love the way you try to memorize the names of the participants, note who is new in the class, and have concerns about students physical injuries that may negatively impact their performance….great job !!!
